There’s a sacred kind of alchemy that happens when women gather with intention, when grief, joy, memory, and prayer are welcomed with equal reverence. The Sistah Soulcare Circle, hosted by Angel Onley-Livingston (The Soul Healing Coach), Fabiola (Salt and Detox Oasis), Katrina Owen (Charmed Haven), and Nicole Figueroa (Feel The Heal 77), brings that alchemy into a monthly practice of storytelling, somatic care, and soulful restoration. This is a space where women of color can unfold, rebuild, and nourish the deeper parts of themselves through gentle rituals, breath, sound, and community.

What the Circle Feels Like

Imagine arriving to soft lighting and the low hum of welcoming conversation. You sink into a chair or mat, settle your breath, and allow the room to hold you. Sessions blend guided mindfulness, reflective storytelling, embodied practices (breathwork and sound), and short healing rituals that invite release and re-connection. The tone is restorative, equal parts vulnerability and celebration, designed so every woman leaves with a little more peace, clarity, and belonging.

Meet the Facilitators

(and what they bring)

  • Angel Onley-Livingston — The Soul Healing Coach. Angel is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Reiki Master, author, and experienced spiritual life coach who brings trauma-informed mindfulness and soulcare practices to the circle. Her background in psychotherapy and spiritual direction helps anchor the group in safe, clinically informed practices that are also deeply spiritual.

  • Fabiola (Founder of Salt and Detox Oasis). As the owner/founder of Salt and Detox Oasis, Fabiola brings the physical setting and a wellness philosophy that centers breath, detox, and rest. Her wellness sanctuary intentionally combines restorative modalities so the environment itself supports the circle’s healing work.

  • Katrina Owen — Charmed Haven. Katrina curates herbal, sound, and ritual tools through Charmed Haven, from artisan tea blends to crystal bowls and yoni-steam style offerings, that add tactile, aromatic, and sonic layers to the circle’s experience. These elements invite women to re-enter their bodies and reclaim ritual as a daily resource.

  • Nicole Figueroa — Feel The Heal 77 (Soul Doula). Nicole is a certified breathwork facilitator, sound healer, and Reiki practitioner who offers breath patterns and sound journeys that support nervous-system regulation, emotional release, and spiritual opening. Her approach is trauma-aware, gentle, and profoundly embodied, ideal for a group that values both safety and soulful expansion.

Why Salt + Sistah Circle Works (the science and the soul)

Salt rooms and breath-based practices have complementary benefits: halotherapy (salt cave sessions) support respiratory comfort and deep relaxation, while breathwork and somatic tools help regulate the nervous system and release held emotion. Combined with the psychosocial benefits of peer witnessing and communal ritual, the result is a multilayered reset, mental, emotional, and physical. Salt and Detox Oasis offers salt room sessions, infrared/red light therapies, oxygen lounge experiences, foot detoxes and massage therapies that support these outcomes.

What to Expect & How to Prepare

  • Wear comfortable layers (salt rooms and saunas can fluctuate in temperature).

  • Bring a water bottle; breath and salt work best when you’re hydrated.

  • Come with an intention, a one-line offering you’ll hold during the practice (healing, clarity, permission, grief, etc.).

  • If you’re new to breathwork, know that facilitators offer variations so you can participate at your own pace. The circle honors consent, boundaries, and nervous-system safety.
